    Marvell Firmware is Flashed to a Separate Chip on the MB, it is NOT in the BIOS.

      It is really useful to complete and keep your PC Specs or Signature up to date in Settings /My Profile (motherboard, CPU, BIOS version modified or not ...) - Thank you all .

            Yeap it's not from the modding, you need to go to the stock BIOS and check there. If it's in the stock BIOS it's not related to modding at all. The first thing to do is always flash the stock version and see if the issues there and if there's a difference you'll want to give VF a heads up, the menu changes sounds like something done in the stock build and you'll need to check with them on that one.

              I use flashcards to flash, make regular BIOS file :) Gigabyte_GA-X58A-UD5_(Rev_2.0)_FF3_IR12.7_JM28_MV33_RT58 thank you

                Some bad news for f12x beta(not because of mod) fastboot still making pc boot to bios after long periods of shutdown, nothing was fixed.(g1assasin2)

                  BIOS file is BIOS file, NoJuan999 did the job. FLASHSPI is the recommanded method to flash your BIOS, you can put files in flashcard or USB stick.

                      could be im overclocked, gigabyte did say they reproduced it when overclocked, but its not fixed for me.

                        Exactly, just extract that .rar file to a Bootable USB and run autoexec.bat at boot up and it will flash the modded BIOS.

                            Yep its fine, few things been renamed like lan controller, apart from that, theres no change for me, secureboot supposed to be fixed, but its still buggy for me, Snout as it working ok though.(G1.assasin2 f12x)

                                Don't know what you mean dude, text interface?, sounds like you didn't flash it properly, theres no 3rd part to the bios, its all there in one bios file as with all the other bios' on tweaktown. As for f12x, I dotn know what to think, 1 of my hdd as been marked as failed, its now got 5 current pending sector counts.(g1 assasin2 f12x)
