Good day stasio
I am from Spain. In the EU, the restrictions of the American FCC do not apply. I tell you this because the bios that are on the gigabyte website for the aorus x470 gaming 7 wifi, do not allow disabling the spread spectrum. This generates conflicts with fpga pcie card with which they do not have tolerance to fluctuation of the bclk and causes said pci card to crash irretrievably. I have tried to set the fsb (bclk) to 100mhz, but it ignores it and fluctuates between 98mhz and 99.5Mhz. Please could you provide me with the latest bios for this board (f62b) with the spread spectrum option? Greetings and thanks. I hope you have a nice day.

After upgrading B550i to F13, I was going to declare the USB problem solved.
Until... I forgot to remove the USB drive connected to the front USB port. The Xbox controller (connected wirelessly to the dongle plugged into another front USB port) disconnected 3 times in an hour.
I removed the USB drive, and it's "fine" again.

I just noticed that that the CAS latency is reporting weird results. I have a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X running BIOS 14c. I have set the memory profile to XMP 4000mhz 18,19,19,39 & also manual to the same settings and Ryzen master and CPU-Z report 30,27,27,58. I have disabled Gear Down mode - https://bitsam8.tumblr.com/post/663112393138831360
any ideas on how to fix this?

I attached someone else's post, because it turns out I'm not the only one with such a problem. Can someone help with this?

How can I get a normal working BIOS user interface without lag, with CSM support disabled, and a high resolution UEFI monitor screen? I tested the graphics adapter on several motherboards, and such a similar problem is not observed. I tried various BIOS versions, replacing the 5600x processor with the 5800x did not solve the problem. ROG Strix XG27AQ monitor. Mb B550 AORUS PRO AC bios F12-14c, gtx1060 strix.

An update on Intel Bluetooth with B550i. Many people had success with F13 - I was unlucky that the BT adapter disappeared from Device Manager a few days after upgrading to F13.
I then did one more step
- shutdown with ErP enabled
which brought back the BT adapter and since then it's not disappeared even with ErP disabled again.
But after 1-2 weeks use I get driver unload errors on resume. Bluetooth devices work OK but there is a USB re-connected chime and error 17 logged "The local Bluetooth adapter has failed in an undetermined manner and will not be used"
So enabling ErP is maybe better than the BIOS fix but then you cant use wake on mouse in Hibernate - so all round a BT USB stick has fewest issues - I hope they dont use this module on Z690.
