Go to device manager.
Click on HID (Human Interface Devices)
Click on Bluetooth Low Energy GATT...
Go to Power Management and uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Another item you should check.
Turn off WINDOW'S fast boot...

Well the new driver Version: 22.60.0 pretty much confirms what I have suspected and stated all along if you read the update log, it's not an AMD or Gigabyte issue. The issue is with Intel and applied to the following controllers: AX210/AX201/AX200/9560/9260/9462/9461.

SIV and Fan Curves will get reset after BIOS update...
