F14d was a disaster for me (B550 Pro V1). can't boot at 1933, a pain to reset bios, windows ask for bitlocker key (prepare it if you plan to update). finally back to F13c and migrate to windows 11 without problems. seriously, more than 30 years in PCs, never seen such a mess with a chipset. soon a year with that combo gigabyte/AMD and still waiting for a stable bios, still have sometimes USB random problems, such a shame.
Some Z590, X570, B550 BIOS updated.
First post updated, as per GB web page.
And it looks like the Aorus Extreme TRX40 BIOS page also has been updated with the ..... F4 ?? Dated 16-9-2021.... Changelog looks similar to F4r (Agesa, Rebar etc.)
is it ... same or something changed except version and date ?
Thank you !
So there are complaints already of VDDG CCD & IOD voltages showing as locked at 1.0v even when manually overridden in BIOS. Is this just a reporting error and voltages are taking effect or a BIOS bug where voltages are not changing? I am referring to AGESA 1.2.0.4 patch A BIOS versions.
When will a bios update for the Gigabyte Motherboard TRX40 AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.1) be released to support the upcoming Threadripper 5000 series?
Thanks
Intel BT and Wifi drivers version 22.80.1 now on Intel site
EasytuneEngineService B21.0910.1 available using App Center
Realtek Lan drivers 10.051 not yet on Realtek site
Realtek audio drivers 6.0.9225 available using App Center
Can't find the Realtek audio drivers you're talking about. I have the X570 Master and I tried the Gigabyte APP Center, but it's not there. What mobo are you using?

This was for B550i which I think is ALC1220. I only mentioned it as App Center - although not popular with everyone - seems to be a way to get updates for the Realtek audio driver.
IIRC I think it first needs to be installed from the GB site or on the App Center Liveupdate->Not Installed page New Drivers section, remembering to scroll down and uncheck things like Norton. Then updates should be flagged on the the Liveupdate->Updates page
Also to avoid a restart loop I found it best to first uninstall the old Realtek driver from apps/features and then, in the moment before running the new installer, uninstall the Realtek audio device with remove driver from Device Manager (without refreshing)

The x570 Master uses a custom sound device, if you use the onboard sound. Not only does it need the driver for the RT 1220-VB, it also requires drivers for the 9118 SABRE DAC, and the three position head-phone AMP (which you do not want to miss if you use phones.) Accordingly, the only place to get the driver for this custom sound device is the GB site:

Realtek HD Audio Driver [6.0.9126.1]...includes drivers for all three hardware devices. Works great in Win10/11--I'm now running it in Win11, build 22471.1000. You can just use an RT 1220-VB driver from another site if you choose, but as I discovered early on it only supports the 1220-VB--not the DAC or Headphone AMP, and as a result the sound quality is seriously degraded.

same for me on B550M DS3H (rev. 1.x) i run it for one day and i had an instant freeze then reboot , i even did OCCT ram stress for 1 hours and no error so i guess bios is unstable for B550M DS3H (rev. 1.x) , im going back to F13

I had an issue using the Windows 10 drivers from the motherboard site audio on Windows 11 while having all inputs seperated, the 2nd output which is the front panel header 3.5mm jack input was not giving any sound what-so-ever with any headphone connected. Sometimes it worked and sometimes there was no audio at all through the front panel jack. To be clear, this worked fine with Windows 10. Do you have any advice or idea to fix this or do I need to wait for a Windows 11 driver to fix the problem? I can't imagine this to have anything to do with the way the PC is set up, because as I said it did work in Windows 10 with no issues ever with the same drivers.
Edit: It seems to be fixed. I had this issue during the Insider Preview phase. Thanks for helping me anyway!!

That's interesting--if the HD Audio headphone jack on the front works fine in Win10, it should work fine in Win11. Mine works fine in Win11, as it worked in Win10. Do you by any chance have the rear speaker output plugged in at the same time? If so, you might unplug the rear jack, just to check. I have speakers and use phones--phones I use 95% of the time, or more. What I found even under Win10 is that sometimes the sound device would get mixed up--and try to output sound to the speaker system (which was powered down) instead of the phones--so I just unplugged the speaker plug from the rear jack and only use the HD Audio jack on the front panel of the case, and everything works reliably. I'm on build 22471.1000...it's an Insider's group beta, in the Dev channel, that is much newer than the Win11 build released to the masses yesterday--so there's a chance you may need to wait on the next Win11 commercial build--if you are using the 22000.xxxx builds.
Hope something here helps...all I can think of...;) It doesn't sound like something relative to the hardware, though, as it all works fine under Win10. Hope you get it sorted--sounds like an internal configuration problem, that's all.

What I was saying is:
I do have other speakers connected yes, a 5.1 speaker set. You might be on to something. To be honest I'm not even using that set that much, because I have professional monitor speakers now connected to an audio interface (PreSonus Studio 24c), because I make music, so I mainly use those at this moment. Thanks for helping me. :D
