Did you tried Turbo enable on SuperPI load with affinity forced on a single core in task manager ?

For me it's normal, it's not a K's CPU so max fixed ratio speed is x37, Turbo can reach to x39 only if enable and if no more than 1 core is loaded... BIOS shows it can reach to x39 not it's really running at x39 all the time...

Go to those Turbo settings and enable it so you can get access to the grayed out values. Then change those two 39 you have there to Auto. Then you can go back and disable Turbo if you like.

I would just put Turbo to Auto. What you may not know is this:

The BIOS will always use Turbo! That setting at the top of the screen where you have put multiplier 37... that setting will set the four Turbo multipliers to 37. That's why it breaks. Those two grayed out 39 override it for when just one or two cores are active. Again: you can't actually disable Turbo. It will always be on. The base multiplier will always stay at the stock speed of your CPU (34?). You can just leave all Turbo settings on Auto and let the BIOS do what it wants. It will put everything to 37 for you, and it will disable the power limits and stuff like that.

I am about to flash the modified bios below on a Rev 2.0 board, can I ask for some recommendations on the best RST driver for overall performance, single drive setup initially on Windows 8.1 x64
