In other words, you've never had a USB issue until after installing F13k?

Yes. I guess the only other USB "related" issue I had previously was the Bluetooth disappearing. But that was resolved for me since using the F13i 1.2.0.2 BIOS that was removed (yes I know Gigabyte removed 1.2.0.2 BIOS from their site due to stability issues). But F13h and F13i for me worked fairly well, and I had zero Bluetooth issues with those 2 BIOS, that resolved all of the issues I had previously with Bluetooth disappearing.

As an update, I switched USB ports with my wired mouse. I have my wired mouse connected to the rear USB 3.2 Gen 2 port (red port) on the back of the motherboard, and swapped the connection with a USB hard drive, and that seemed to fix the issue. Oddly enough the USB hard drive I have has no issues with being connected to the USB 3.2 Gen 1 Port labeled "BIOS".

So not sure if this is necessarily a issue with the BIOS, moreso with the mouse compatibility on the USB ports, which seems odd. I guess also could be AMD chipset related, but I have the latest AMD chipset drivers installed (2.17.xx released on June 2nd).

So with the workaround, I currently have no issues with F13k.

Looking to finally reinstall Windows and convert to GPT and whatnot after 4-5yrs of upgrades without reinstalling.

You don't need a new BIOS to do the Windows reinstall, I wouldn't wait.

F12 is still pretty good - it supports rBAR, and its possible to come up with a stable USB setup
Windows, drivers, and BIOS updates are all separate and resolve different things

W10 isnt like previous OS where it was necessary to clean install to keep things "fresh". Just an inplace upgrade using Media tool keeping apps and settings is all thats needed if there's any issues

Also MBR to GPT can be done inplace quickly too.

After updating to F13L there a huge performance penalty! my MP RATIO on Cinebench R23 wentdown to 8.6 from 9.23 . And im seeing more WHEAs and game crashes frequently than in F13J where mostly it never happened!

Huh I didn't know a revision 2.0 of the Aorus Xtreme came out. Hot on the heels of 1.2, what's new in 2.0? Only difference I spot on the marketing page is:
