          OK, now I get it.

However, I need more freespace but I don't know how to. Could you make more freespace?

I can answer this one, yes use the very latest, but I have noticed that you don't get a reset warning in event log with these, intel_mei_9.5.13.1706.exe ,(latest), I do know that 9.5.12.1688 work as you get the reset warning, but yes, they all install fine, its whether the latest me kit is working or not. After flashing f12s, the shutdown issue as raised its ugly head again, its def the orom causing it not the rst drivers, not a major issue so don't be put off from flashing the mod, it all works fantastic, but once in a while the pc will reboot instead of shutting down, when this happens just let it boot and shutdown. It is rare so don't worry.Cant wait for haswell, nice little power up for my board.

You can update the firmware, theres no problem, better security. Yes you can switch to second bios, and press alt f10 together repeatidly until you get the bios flash screen, same goes for first bios, depending what bios your in it will either flash backup or main. I suggest making sure your in main bios, flash mod, check and make sure everythings running sweet, then reboot, press alt(left) and f10 repeatidly until you see loading main, flash backup. Don't forget to clear cmos after flashing mod, not compulsory but good thing to do.

A question to all Z77XUD5H users,

Anyone tried fast boot? Does it work for you and can you enter bios with it enabled?

                      Thanks.

To enter the BIOS you have to turn the power off on the PSU and on next power on you can press DEL as usual.

With default settings, Fast Boot disable USB keyboard, that why you can't enter BIOS.
Dan is right, pressing reset and MB turn on normal boot, so you can use your KB to enter in BIOS.

Fast Boot doesn't work for me when overclocking. I get stuck at a black screen with a flashing cursor, and have to reset the bios. This is on a Z77XUP7. It has never worked for me on any bios version, even the new 7a.
