I downloaded and installed it. Then I ran meinfowin and I’m sorry to break the news but you still have to find a method (if there is one) to include ME Firmware in the BIOS.

Thank you for your efforts anyway!

EDIT: Wrong BIOS-version downloaded. ME Firmware is updated!

so what exactly do you want to know, i mean you moddest Bios and what is your question, see in my mod-bios, switch cpu patch modul complete, your me firmware are wrong, to extract data from my mod-bios and your mod... It will work out all right.

Yes it's different : GBe is the Intel LAN firmware while Intel Boot Agent is a ROM... Amurtigress wrote a How To for GBe update , it's works perfectly and don't revert back to 1.3 after BIOS flashing !

EDIT: No YOU where right. The Mod Bios at Post 2, stated to be your mod is really not the same as the one you posted here. When I flash the one you point to the ME Firmware really is updated!

So I did, I downloaded your modified BIOS (GA-Z77X-UD5H BIOS F16 mod2 (rev1.0 and 1.1)) and flashed it. You may want to test to downgrade to 8.1.30.1350 on your computer, check it with Meinfo, then upgrade with your mod and then check again with Meinfo...
done, flash F16c beta orig. with me 8.1.30, meinfo = 8.1.30, flash F16 final with mod, meinfo = 8.1.40, it's OK, what is your problem ? do you make a joke or what, hahaha
