Most DDR2 4GB setups that I've seen use these higher MCH Core settings in the upper 400MHz or higher FSB range.
    ICH I/O = 1.57 might help.

I don't recall seeing any EP45 setups that were stable with tRD = 7 with FSB higher than about 420MHz. If you try it, the worst that will happen is that your system won't boot or won't be stable.
Once again thanks for the quick response! I tried 1.24 MCH core but same thing happened. I 'll try 1.28v then and ICH 1.57v.
tRD (PL) value is 8 now. I couldn't boot in tRD 7. You mean 7-7-7 timings are tight?

This is from the Kingston data-sheet for your memory:
Each module kit has been tested to run at DDR3-1800MHz at a latency timing of 9-9-9-27 at 1.65V. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1333Mhz timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V.
Your 1433MHz speeds are about 7% higher than the 1333MHz rating. I doubt that your can run 7-7-7-20 timings with your 1.70 volt setting. You should be able to run 1433MHz with somewhat tighter timings (with ~1.65 volts) than the tested 9-9-9 Kingston timings at 1.50 volts.

Please post the SPD panels for cpu-z and Memset.

Proposed by me, scaled down from EPP profile:
        1400/1800 x 9 = 7
        1400/1800 x 27 = 21

He can try 8-8-8-24 instead, might need tRD 9, I doubt it will change anything, memory seems to be stable.

Memory is stable even though mch is low. Under load RAM gets 1.68v while idle is getting 1.70v. ONLY in vantage I have that strange glich! Actually I managed to play Dirt 2 for half an hour which I couldn't with my older settings. It used to crash after 15 minutes of intense gaming giving me a BSOD IRQ_NOT_LESS_EQUAL caused by an ati driver and my unstable memory settings. I will continue further testing today. I think that Vantage has some king of glitch. It is updated to its latest version.
I tried raising VTT, MCH and CPU Vcore but with the same results. When a test was LOADING, computer shut down. As I said before Pripyat Benchmark and Furmark are running fine.
If it won't crash in Dirt2 and The Witcher then I 'll leave it be! I get 28.87 GFlops in IBT! If it crashes I will raise MCH v a little.
