Why 1400 should be good with 7-7-7-18/20.
Can you post full settings you had in post #11?

EDIT: and a screen capture of MemSet main window only if you can.

I was a bit off about tRAS, you may need 21 or 22.
Please post the settings again when you are done, failed or succeed.

EDIT: tRFC 78 was actually right for 1400, I'd leave it on auto untill things are stable then see how low can it go.

Ok I will lower it (tRFS) if it fail Prime95. Currently I am stable (55 minutes so far) at 7-7-7-20-76, 1400MHz 3.33D strapping. Strange thing is that on Everest Memory benchmark I 'm a little faster at 1344MHz 8-8-8-24 than 1400 7-7-7-20 WTF??!

EDIT: My chipset is cooking at 37 C degrees!! Running Prime almost all day!
EDIT2: Prime failed at exactly 1 Hour again.

Higher tRFC actually, never mind if it works it works.
We'll look into performance later when everything is stable with lower MCH Core hopefully.

35c is cannot be considered cooking, check my signature, that's IBT temps though, Prime get "only" up to 65c or so.
What temps are you reading, core temos or CPU temps?

What size FFT? Blend as it's name combined of small, medium, and large FFTs.

I am talking about my chipset temps there, MCH/Northbridge is cooking at 37C. My cpu Core temps are 58C only at load!

Blend Test! Oh i didn't look carefully, sorry! I will next time.

Do you mean "System" temperature or is there another reading for the NB?
My system is 37c right now at almost complete idle

Yup, System temp! Really? So its fine then! Now I reduced MCH voltage to 1.22v and CPU Termination to 1.26 and raised to 1.82 RAM Vcore. I think now its time to raise voltages to RAM in order to work at 1400MHz 7-7-7-22 timings... It is rated 1800MHz 9-9-9-27 1.65 volts. I will post tomorrow results!! Thanks for your help! Appreciated!

EDIT: Nope. It didn't work either! Will see tomorrow!

Hey man! Today I am testing my CPU in order to be 100% sure that there is not anything going with VTT. I tried VTT 1.24 and had a BSOD (Blue Screen) with prime95 Small FTTs-CPU stress after 10 minutes. I raised VTT to 1.26 and it seems to be ok. I am gonna raise CPU Vcore a notch at 1.31875V, 1.23V real under load 1.26 idle. Now I ;ll try RAM again at 8-8-8-24!

Yeah, Chike helped me a lot! I am reading prime95! At last I think that I am stable after 1 hour and 10 minutes Blend test but I am gonna leave it more!! Thanks man!

Good start, but you really need to run each Prime95 test for at least 8 - 12 hours to be reasonably sure that your system is stable.

My "final" Prime95 test setup includes three separate 24 hour tests for small FFT, Blend, and large FFT. This doesn't include several other shorter running stress/stability tests, such as IBT or Linx, and OCCT PSU test.
Excessive? Not really. Unexpected data or file corruption is a nasty thing to experience.

Fair question to ask, but it's like calling up your doctor and saying "Hey doc, I've got a headache. What's wrong?

Your system is probably partially or "mostly" stable. Your 2 hour test might have failed at 2 hours and 5 minutes or it might have continued error free for many hours.

It might be that a background task started up and indirectly led to a Prime95 error.
When an error occurs, post the details about the error:
                                • which Prime95 test was running
                                • what is the elapsed time of the error
                                • FFT size
                                • type of error, e.g. rounding error, etc.

How were temperatures and voltages at the time of the error?
Posting a screen-shot including the Prime95 window can possibly help us diagnose what might have led to the error.

Posting your bios settings and including a screen-shot that displays:
                                • Memset using the SPD and ">>" tabs
                                • cpu-z CPU and Mainboard screens (several instances can be run at the same time)
                                • EasyTune6 --> TUNER tab --> ADVANCE tab --> VOLTAGE tab (only the Voltage tab is needed)
                                • CoreTemp screen [for your cpu's VID (Voltage ID)]

will help us determine where the problem might be.
