The "majority of users" (say 99%) don't come to these forums to research like us enthusiasts, they don't need or want to gain knowledge, test, experiment or enhance their systems/devices; they simply set and forget by using the "out of the box experience" and any issues they return the product for refund or replacement.

I took your advice, I filed a ticket through eSupport because I wanted to see just how bad the customer support truly is

Considering that I asked a simple, easily answered, question regarding options available to set VCORE through the UEFI and I received the following responses:
1) Look in the manual (so I'm supposed to read this, "CPU Vcore/Dynamic Vcore(DVID)/VCORE SOC/Dynamic VCORE SOC(DVID)/CPU VDD18/ CPU VDDP/A_VDD18S5/DRAM Voltage (CH A/B)/DDRVPP Voltage (CH A/B)/DRAM Termination (CH A/B) These items allow you to adjust the CPU Vcore and memory voltages." and somehow discern the differences between "AUTO" and "NORMAL"?
2) If it's not in the manual it's not supported (yet, it is in the manual and the question remains unanswered...)
3) Take computer science courses if you want to know more about why Gigabyte makes the choices it does worth its hardware (????????????????????)

Notice how we have VTT offset now that works properly? Notice how we have 28ohm ProcODT? That's because I filed support tickets and asked for it. They replied back with a bios for me to test, each time. Maybe you should actually file a support ticket if there's something you really want to change, or, you could just stop using BETA bios. You are making a fool out of yourself and congratulations as you are now my new favorite copypasta

Hmm. I'm using a Logitech G910 and it worked fine with my previous motherboard.. I did notice that my RAM wasn't on the QVL list for my board so I ordered a different kit from amazon that is on the QVL. Haven't tested anything yet though.. we'll see.

My RAM is also not on the QVL (Well, the model number is, but only the version with the Micron dies, which is not what I received).
I did have some issues with it, like WHEAs when activating XMP, but at least I was able to manually overclock it to 3200MHz (So far) without encountering any stability issues.

I didn't think to check if the 'black screen with underscore' issue occurs with other memory modules when the Roccat Sova is plugged-in. I have some HyperX sticks from my previous build with which I can experiment, but it may be a while (>=week) until I get back to my apartment.

Found another bug after flashing F13c on AORUS B550 PRO AC

X.M.P is not working!! Even if I enable it, RAM still clocks at stock frequency.

This issue was not present in F13a

Well over 90% of the "problems" I see in other forums, and in this thread, are complaints by people who have no clue about what they are doing, who don't understand much of anything about their own systems, and who "hear" things in other forums that aren't true at all but because they know very little themselves they accept these errors as facts. And these people end up compounding whatever problem it is they think they have.

Stasio isn't obligated to give you the time of day--no one is, frankly--and with this kind of stupid, belligerent attitude, you should expect nothing. People who think that any motherboard made by any company, running any CPU, *guarantees their overclocking experiments* is clueless--totally clueless.

I was wondering if we could get a list of outstanding issues that are being worked on? I'm not fussed when they get done as thats upto Gigabyte to priorities the issue I'm more interested in what they are actually aware of as it will make it easier for people asking about an issue (or not if there is a list)

Hay stasio, I was wondering if you've know anything about PCIe Gen 4 and USB stability issue (setting to gen3 fixes/or makes it less of an issue), curious as the last update I got from support was that they hadn't had anything from AMD yet...

I wouldn't mind actually knowing that this is something AMD are aware of and are looking at as I don't see AMD telling me on the call I have open with them.

I'm actually more glad that the last F33a 1.2.0.0 stopped the random restarts :D was driving me crazy - luckily work via VDI for most work stuff so never loose anything!

Then closed my ticket. Oh, never knew downgrading to Gen3 is now classed as a 'fix' (which I explained was a temp. workaround) completely garbage support.

xmp works on f13b on aorus pro, ram oc also works

but the cbr20 performance is with f13b lower (about 6040pt) than with f12 (about 6100)

The problem isn't with GB support. It's not even really with AMD either. I've stated what the issue is before. It's common sense. They've overextended the X570 chipset. Trying to make it work on 2000,3000 and 5000 series processors successfully is a recipe for a never ending series of hardware related bios problems. When Zen 3 was released a brand new upgraded X670 chipset series of boards should have been released with it. Trying to save consumers money and grab marketshare by rehashing the x570 boards has opened a Pandoras Box of problems for AMD in relation to more advanced Zen 3 based hardware demands. Whether we like it or not that's what it boils down to.
