Regards back at ya n' your's, but the back is takin' it hard with longer breaks bein' taken inbetween sessions but I'm hopin' to have everthing goin' by Xmas school hols (with any luck).

Even the lightin', heatin' and ventilation have been completed in the shower/wc room. ;)
