Cpu-z, EasyTune6, HWMonitor and other programs will display your cpu voltage.
The voltage reading will change depending on the load on your system.
With good cpu heatsink, case cooling and reasonable room temperatures, IBT or LinX maximum temperatures are usually in the low to mid 60 (C) degree range.
Look at your earlier screen-shot and you will see "Core Voltage" in the CPU tab of cpu-z.Q9650 @ 4.10GHz [9x456MHz]

All looks good to me. Just a Prime85 blend for 10-12 hours and you can call it stable.
I wouldn't go any higher with current CPU cooler.Comment
