        Hey Stasio,

I tried updating to this BIOS. Everything works fine except that the Intel LAN ROM still shows up as v1.3 instead of the 1.5.35 that you included in the BIOS update. Are you positive it was included in the update?

According to this post, GBe version number isn't the PXE LAN ROM but the version of the GBe ME firmware (1.3M, 1.5M or 5M). There's a tool to update 1.3 to 1.5 for Asus MB.

                virtualfred,
Any idea what this microcode rev19 fixes?

I have a nasty flicker issue with Intel graphics, which I hope this could fix it.

Also, do you know what MRC (Memory Reference Code) is in this BIOS? Is it v1.5 or later?

I've updated my BIOS to F16c mod4, but I'm sorry to report that it didn't fix the flickering issue I'm experiencing when playing video files.
Guess I'm gonna have to wait for Intel to release a new graphics driver, which hopefully will address this issue.

Updated to F16c mod4, but system power cycles a few times and when it finally does give the POST beep, the system hangs at a blank BIOS menu screen with just a cursor and shuts down. Had to re-flash from my second working BIOS!

I haven't had trouble with any of the previous mods, could it be that this one has ivy code in it and I'm only running sandy?

I am currently using F16c mod2 and will probably update to mod4 but as I only have OSX installed is it worth the effort installing Windows on another HD to update my ME Firmware (I assume that is Intel Management Engine) to the latest version?

Is there a change-log anywhere maybe?
