Thank You very much for the quick reply but the F9 bios have the old iScr 1.07 AHCI rom and I was hoping to get the newest/best version of 1.20E AHCI rom.

I had the 1.20E AHCI ROM in my GA-EP45-DS3 board and that AHCI ROM should work for the GA-EP45-DS4 as well?

It's actually originally modded by Acebmxer. :)

MediaFire is a simple to use free service that lets you put all your photos, documents, music, and video in a single place so you can access them anywhere and share them everywhere.

        Updated with:

        Intel Raid Rom 11.5.0.1111

But if I'm not mistaken the IRST 11.5.0.1347 added to the ga-ep45-ds4MOD_6_21_12_f9 means the AHCI ROM now is 1.20E (just not the super new version that's for the P67 boards)?

Ok, as Acebmxer said it's for P67 boards and it doesn't even work for all those, my GA-P67A-UD3P-B3 for example.

I will try to pull the AHCI rom from the DS3 and put it into the DS4. The other Rom that was linked from the Bios thread is the one intended for P67 chip set.

And no just because the raid rom has been updated does not mean the AHCI rom will be updated.

The only place I go for bios files is here http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte...beta-bios.html. Gigabyte does not always keep their own website up to date.

The flash operation was succsesfull (I flushed bios from a bootable pendrive) but after rebooting, computer beeped one time and after 4-5 sec shutdown. After another 4-5 sec he booted again and then 4-5 sec later shut down again. He is repaeting this procedure in a loop. There is nothing displayed on screen. How can I recover the main bios or boot from the second? Any help is welcome.
