Stepping is a CO/C1. Mine is definitely a voltage hog, even with the HT turned off I still had to up my voltages to 1.43 and higher just to run a few seconds longer in prime95.

I have yet found the answer to the 0x00000009c BSOD. when i get that error usally upping Vcore another notch or 2 fixed it.
I tried upping the vcore from that as well. Still just ended up crashing with another 124 error. In the end my 4.2 still wasn't staying alive at Vcore 1.43 and QPI 1.455.

I find it rather funny tho, cause my 4.2 was that high on voltages, but at 4ghz I'm currently stable at Vcore 1.36 and QPI 1.39, Which I'm going to keep lowering until I crash. But I've ran Prime95 for hours, linX, Intel Burn test, and even forgot to turn off prime95 and played Modern Warfare 2. and I haven't crashed from it.

Just didn't figure that higher 4.2ghz would be so unstable.

4ghz is my upmost limit on normal cpu voltage setting, any higher and i have to raise cpu voltage,1.36 qpi/vtt voltage

I keep trying to lower my voltages. I'm currently at Vcore 1.36 and QPI at 1.355. Just running prime95 at the moment and seeing what it can handle.
