After over two years of waiting, there is still no non-beta BIOS for Z77X-UD3H since F18. Good job Gigabyte. I'm never buying anything from this useless incompetent company.
A sentiment, I too, share with you. Z77x-UD4H owner.. not a single non-beta release. Ever. ASUS FTW, bye bye GigaBYtE.
As in cant restart my system while a usb device ie: Exsternal HDD or USB Stick is installed without it hanging , Plus I'm having that nasty bug where any Western Digital Mechanical hard drive is installed
I cant get into bios but the moment i detach my mechanical HDD and just have my SSD installed works fine as pie.
I'm so dissapointed with gigabyte over the years i have noticed they leave most not all but most of there boards in a unfinnished beta bios state
And to think I really like gigabyte hardware its a shame there software is no way near the standards of there hawdware
Another bug I noticed in GA-X99-Gaming G1 WIFI - F8 is that disabling turbo boost/power saving features of my CPU has no effect. Even those features disabled, the clock speed is still fluctuating based on load.
Anyone else noticed there's no way to force the CPU to be full speed?
After the bootloops I experienced with GA-X99-Gaming G1 WIFI - F8, I'm having much better luck with F8g. So far, I've been able to leave my USB devices plugged in during boot/reboot without issue. Also, the boot process seems a bit faster as well.
I'm actually wondering if BIOS F8 was really an older version that Stasio accidentally uploaded. Don;t they usually go in order like this: F7, F7a, F7b, F7c, etc?
I have Z87X-D3H board which loaded with F9 BIOS and i would like to downgrade to F8.
Both my back and main BIOS are F9, so switch bios method is not work for me.
I also tried FTP-DOS-Z87, i put in the flash USB and try to boot from USB, but is not successful, it just keep tell me remove media and press any key to restart, anything wrong there?'
I'm experiencing a sporadic glitch with my Ga-X99-UD5 using F5, F7 and F8e BIOS
1-Power Up
2-Windows 7 loads for a couple of seconds
3-Instant power down
4-Auto power up, computer goes to BIOS
5-Save without changes
6-Windows loads correctly after powerup
It happens arround 30% of the time, PSU is fine and I've done Prime 95 and LINX stress testing once Windows loads, everything is fine.

I assumed this was the case as I was having the same boot/USB issue on F8 as with earlier bios'. F8g is working wonderfully for me.
Any news about the X99-UD4 nvflash issue?
I had a long discussion with the Gigabyte Support and they were able to confirm the issue with their system, but were able to fix it by downgrading to F9 BIOS... (I was not, neither was another person with the same system, GTX 970 + UD4)
