Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS
Stasio, is there any chance that a MB bios issue is causing my no post with R9 270X toxic cards? I can use a HD 5830, and a older ATI pci-e card, and the board post's just fine. All the board slots check out also, and the 270x cards boot fine in my X58 board.X299X Aorus Master

The best is asking GB Technical support.

Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS
Im running the latest F8g bios, the board will not post with any of the 270x cards, but is fine with hd5830, or a old AMD card... I have a ticket open with Giabyte, and Sapphire.X299X Aorus Master

Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS
Does anyone have missing memory after updating windows 8.1 the other day?, I don't think its a bios issue as it says all the correct amount, 16GB, 4096,4096,4096,4096, enabled is the same, but after login dimm3 socket becomes 2046, but im still in quad channel, im so confused, wheres the 2gb gone?A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY

So,
from F8 to F10 => must use Efiflash (@BIOS ?).

Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS
Hello guys,
I have a huge problem with my GTX 980 and my X99-UD4 F9 motherboard.
When I try to flash a BIOS on my 980 with NVFlash (DOS version) i just get the error that "no nvidia display adapters found".
The Windows tool just crashs (I tried like 20 different NVFlash versions).
Flashing the card with my old P67A-D3-B3 motherboard just worked fine so I assume the mainboard is the problem.
Can anyone confirm this error or does anyone know a fix?

I have to create a bootable FreeDOS/MS-DOS USB stick using Rufus, copy the three files inside, and booting from usb?
better use FreeDOS or MS-DOS?
do you have download link for latest efiflash that i can use?
Thanks and sorry to bother you with so many questions
