If this is where you are downloading the bios files from, the files should be self extracting .exe files. When you extract then the file extension should be the version number.
Bios x58a-ud7rev2 bios Fd11 extracts to x58aud7.d11
sorry I have more thane one computer here. Both with UD7 boards. One is a version 1 and the others our Version 2.
I tried the flashexpe or whatever the name is on the version 2 Boards to install the latest Bios but it would not recognize the file. I had to use @bios which did recognize the file as you stated above.
Do you think @bios will also recognize the X58aud7.bin file to be able to update the version 1 board?

Just wondering why there are no Beta BIOS's for the H61 chipset MB's like the GA-HA65M-UD3H-B3? - Please excuse me if I missed the reason in this very long thread.
According to Gigabyte they fixed [1.Solve press reset button cause system abnormal] in BIOS F5
I still find this MB has a weird (abnormal) Reset. i.e. Pressing the Reset button -
1/ Is not always immediate and it may take up to 20 seconds to reboot
2/ Powers down then reboots but sometimes powers down and reboots again
I remember a previous GB MB I had and this weirdness was eventually solved with a BIOS update.
Hi. Just got a GA-P35-S3G board off ebay. Will be running a Q6600 GO 65nm in it. Was wondering what the best BIOS would be for overclocking? The newest beta I see is F6c.
