F8 for X58A-UD7 has gone too. I had problems with F8 , when set to RAID don't recognize my Pcie REVO X2. In AHCI and IDE does. Back to F8g and all is fine.
Hopefully this is goinna mean an overhaul for all the pulled bioses
Im running it all the same at the moment, pc seems to be booting ok now, not sure why, but not gonna instal new ssd till im nearer wot the issues may be.
Interesting, looks like FG for the X58A-UD3R (2.0) was removed from the Gigabyte site too.
has there been any word on why they were removed?
main bug i noticed is when setting 1.16V for IOH (i think it was the ioh...), the bios sets default 1.1V
GHz, did you see that IOH voltage issue in easytune, or actually in the BIOS?
I've seen something similar in UD7 for a long time like that, but it was only in easytune like if I set 1.16 or 1.18 (don't remember), it would back down to 1.1 when you hit apply.
Ahh ok, maybe same bug or at least related, not sure as I never tested BIOS when I see it in easytune.
I'll have to check both later this week and see, but I know it's been an issue since as long as I can remember in easytune, not sure if I've ever mentioned it to them or not?

The best functioning bios ( as far as stable o/c'ing is concerned ) for the X58A-UD3R ver. 2.0 is FF2 . Maybe FF2 with updated firmware for network and storage controllers would be best yet . ;) hint - hint
FF9 , FF10 , FG1 were not good for me , and I haven't tried FG2 .
I think the question i'm going to mak has already been asked. I searched in this topic but 474 pages is too bi for me :D
So, is there any modded bios for UD4 B3 with which we can run superPi 32m with Hypers like 1070Mhz 7-7-6-18?
I can run all benches like that but spi32 always freezes...
