XP2100+ on A7V266-E - running hot ?

Ran prime95 on my box for a while, then let it sit idling. How long do you usually let your box sit before you should be reaching 'idle' temperatures ? I'm not seeing a drastic improvement (if any) over the other thermal paste.

Does this indicate I put too much/too little on, or do I need to wait before I see *any improvement* at all ?

Now to answer that I'd have to get my ass upstairs (down in the workshop/garage/brewery atm) and try that to find out as my PC's run 24/7 under full load crunchin' SETI w/u's. That's why I only quote full load temps as idle I almost never see (the load temps are the only ones that really matter anyway). :D

No keep the heat up as that will get it to cure quicker. ;)
