Reinstalling with only the display driver checked didn't help. Guess I need to find a new hobby until Haswell releases. I don't live near a Microcenter and purchasing Ivy at this point is foolish.

After 3 years if you wannt the solution.:

When u pick optimised option u have : CPU Clock Drive= 800mv
pcie clock drive= 900mv

This is the problem. If u put the both 700 mv the problem now is not exist. I had the same problem And the only thing i dont change was motherboard.
The oficial specs for cpu clock drive is 620mv and pci e 700mv. I dont know why they used so big 800 and 900 overshoots, and corrupt the signal.
IF the big number has no bad efeects intel will used for defaults 1000 and 1000 mv. So they knew what they done.
