Yes your timings are set to 8-8-8-24, its a woder you can boot at all, set them to 9-9-9-27
DDR3 Timing Items_______________ [Manual]
CAS# Latency___________________ 9T
RAS To CAS R/W Delay____________ 9T
Row Precharge Time______________ 9T
Minimum RAS Active Time__________ 27T
Also set DDR VT Voltage Control to auto, and DRAM Voltage 1.5v or 1.52v, only increase it if unstable.
If unstable try increasing CPU NB VID Control up to 1.25v

tried those settings and system would not boot?
set back to 8-8-8-24, DRAM Voltage back to 1.55v, but upped CPU NB VID Control to 1.25v (That final setting was the only one that allowed system to boot)!

This is very weird. But you could boot before without changing the CPU NB VID Control.
The DRAM E.O.C.P. is not mentioned in the manual what are the option it has?
Maybe leave memory multiplier and timings all auto and use only that, or disable it if setting multiplier and timings manually.

If I leave all settings to auto, the system only boots with 1600MHz, the E.O.C.P. settings are Disabled or 1333 1600 1866 2000 2200

Then try E.O.C.P. 1866, with memory multiplier amd timings auto, or E.O.C.P. disabled snd memory ultiplier and timings manual
Tried both already, with E.O.C.P. set at 1866 and Mem Multiplier on auto, system won't boot!
With E.O.C.P. Disabled, and Mem Multiplier set at manual with 1866, system refuses to boot (except with default 1333)?

Then stay with the 1600 settings, better to be stable, and you can try to increase CPU NB Frequency a nitch or two and see if it gives you better memory performance. You may also need to increase CPU NB VID Control.
You can compare memory performance with .

As Suggested, I've gone back to 1600 settings! All this aggro just ain't worth it for a minute speed increase?
Thanks again for all your help

Just Would like to say that Gigabye does stand by there products and all you need to do to get your ram running at 1866 is call them!!!!!! And you dont need to overclock......
I was so frustraighted my board crashed and had to send it back to Giga and pay to have it shiped! so they could reprogram it. and in the end my buddy said call the company (and he has no computer skills what so ever lol) so i did and about twenty seconds they had my ram running at 1866 speed it was intended to run at!!!! If i could look at my bios id tell you how to do it but i took touch bios off my rig. it has to do with setting mem to Profile 1 then changing the Trcfo and Trcf1 to 160ns.....
