    1.35 same mate, to run the mem i need max 1.65 which is recommended, so your saying run mem at 1.40?

      No he is saying if your ram needs 1.6v then qpi/vtt can not be lower then 1.1. If you need 1.7 vdimm then you need 1.2 qpi/vtt. This is the lowest safest value any lower can cause damage.
