After a week of testing, this is conclusion:
Now I see all 6GB at all time, and system is super stable, until...

If system is unplugged out of power network, and then restarted, system is unstable and restarts when I log in.
If I use hibernation, the same happens.

It's funny that when I use Quick Boot feature for both BIOS and OS this isn't happening.

So it has something to do with DMI pool data or this is BIOS bug.

Solution for this problems is always reflashing BIOS with erasing DMI pool data, and then everything goes to normal, overclocked or not. This is also new - I realized that system doesn't need to be overclocked to be stable.

It would be very good to know that Gigabyte's BIOS developers have read this. I'm sure that they could solve this (as they did with 4 or 6GB of RAM). Waiting for new version of BIOS although it is very unpleasant to be a beta tester for board that costs 400$.

its probably the bios being a beta one,doesnt it see all your ram when you use a final official bios??

Only official that is available is first release FA. Tried also Fb4, Fb9 and neither recognized all 6GB. Only this Fb10.

it could be ram settings voltages if its not resuming from s3 sleep,or it still could be the bios,you could pm stasio and ask him to forward the sleep resume and dmi problems with that bios to the bios engineers,again it wont resume propperly if your ram settings are slightly out

Thanks for advice. I contacted stasio. This thing is very very annoying. Today I started computer which was normally shut down. No S3, no hibernation, no quick boot. Before I even logged in, I got BSOD. Memory management it says. Error 01A.

Are you 100% tested stable, if not resuming from S3 and or cold boot issues may persist

100% stable. it happens regardless overclocked or not or what voltages I use.

Well then the S3 issues may just still be BIOS related as it often takes them several BIOSes before they get those issues corrected.

Are you testing to say you're stable? If so with what and for how long?

I'm testing with OCCT for several hours and no errors. Both OCCT and Linnpack tests.

Ahh ok, just checking to be sure!

When you run Linpack, is that in OCCT too? If so are you using maximum memory?

It could just be BIOS issues, you might have to wait for a few more versions to be released before it gets fixed

Yes it is also in OCCT. This is also processor test.
Also tested Memtest with few passes and result is 0 errors.

I would say try the stock cooler just for testing! ... the sythe cooler is heavy and could have too much pressure on socket pins.
