    Better not to use ET6 for overclocking.
    If you're CPU cooling is up to it you can get much more, and overclocking will give better even if you choose to OC to 3.2GHz only.
    Can you post screen capture of ET6 advanced voltage tab and MemSet main and spd(click spd) windows with the OC settings applied?

    Adding your system spec to your forum sugnature, with a link to your ram(manufacturer site if possible) will also be for a help

          Couple things I see in your pics is your going from a 266 to 400 fsb but your using 8x multi instead of 10? If you are I would make these suggestions

          CPU PLL 1.57 <-1.63 would be max
          Mch core try 1.20-1.26 <- 1.4 max

          all others look ok. Like Chike said dont use ET6 to over clock make all changes in bios. You can use ET6 to see what the bios is applying. When you overclock in the bios do not use Auto for any voltages set all voltages manually. This could be why CPU PLL is set at 1.75. Auto over volts when overclocking, more voltage does not me stable.

            Yes PLL definnately overvolted, CPU Termination is within limits but probably not needed that high, same goes to vcore.

            You are not OC expert yet, you will be when we're done with you it's realy not that difficult, not such a modest 3.2GHz OC.

            I would still like to see MemSet screen captures.
            Read this post about how to make screen captures. Windows' Paint can be used if you don't have IrfanView.
            You can use image sharing service instead of attachment, most of them provide forum link, I use TinyPic myself.

                At least with the ram ET6 did a good job and set everything correctly.
                Please post your current BIOS settings using the template in this post or the one below it, and we may advise you about changes to make it stable.
                Copy it and paste it serounded with &#x5b;code] &#x5b;/code] tages, click the # icon in the post editor toolbar, and paste.

                    Tour settings shows optimized defaults have not been loaded, it is reccomeded to load optimized default first, and then add additional changes to them. Load optimized defaults, save and reboot, enter BIOS MIT section and make the changes.
                    For basic settings before overclocking read this post.
                    I recommend overclocking in steps, first FSB and stable memory, then CPU speed.
                    To OC FSB first apply the settings as suggested in that post, and apply the following changes

                    This will leave the CPU at 2.8GHz with only change to FSB.
                    Run 6+ passes of memtest86+ before booting into windows to make sure there are no memory errors.
                    In windows run Prime95 customized torture blend test, click blend, click custom, change Min FFT to 128. 6+ hours of this stress are recommended before moving to CPU OC.
                    If memtest86+ or Prime95 torture fail, try increasing MCH Core, one step at a time, up to 1.28v.
                    Keep CPUID Hardware Monitor open to watch over core temps, while under 70c it is fine, but they shouldn't get any higher than 56c with those settings if there is no problem with CPU heatsink.

                    Note: the 2.00B multiplier may be more difficult to get stable at 400FSB, but it seems your memory does not have problems using it.
