      Once you download the 9.0.13.140 fw... extract it and copy it to your C: drive I renamed my MEI

      1. Open folder up and copy ME_9.0.13.1402.BIN to fwupdate folder
      2. open CMD (I ran as admin not sure if needed)
      3. type cd\ (press enter) cd\MEI (Press Enter)
      4. Type cd\meinfo
      5. Tyep MEInfoWin64 ( to check FW version)
      6. type cd.. (press Enter)
      7. type cd fwupdate
      8. type FWUpdLcl64.exe -save old.bin
      9. type FWUpdLcl64.exe -f ME_9.0.13.1402.BIN
      10. reboot.

      This firmware worked on z87-OC... so should work on other z87 boards

                            Look the date above first.
                            Even,Intel plan to block H87/B85 overclocking,motherboard manufacturers must implement this in they BIOS.
