Like you know lot of actual gigabyte's bios get the High Precision Event Timer enabled by default, but this is just a half way of enabling it in OS (Windows), Also you know that Windows 7 for example use by default TSC + ACPI timers.
So you should add in your stability test list WinTimerTester, to see if your QPC/GTC ratio is 1.000.
