I'm still on Win 7. I didn't have any BSOD's with the last IRST, just reboots on shutdown. I'll still give the new one a try when I get time, I'm finishing up some sleeving right now.

I have just updated my Z87X-UD5H-CF bios to the latest F7, before doing so i saved my OC profiles to my USB stick. Now when trying to load these profiles with the new BIOS its telling me the save profile is not compatible, is there a BIOS reader that can display what all my settings are for my save OC profiles on my old BISO version, the files seem to have not extensions to them just what ever i named them to in the BIOS when i saved them.

The only way i would be able to get my old settings would to be to reflash with the old BIOS and then load the profiles again but that seems like a massive pain in the arse!

Yes, saving profile only works with the same BIOS version, so you'll have to flash with your previous BIOS, load saved profil, save your settings on paper , flash with new BIOS and enter your settings manually.

Really!?. What on earth is the point in giving you the option to save to USB device, if there not compatable with each update then you might as well save them to flash memory like you usually do

I understand that it may seem surprising but updating bios can induce differents news settings and/or voltages, your old settings can be incompatible and make your system unstable.

Different BIOS......always meanig that something is new (improve) and is not meaning to be compatible with
                                previous BIOS.
The point is ....if somebody want to have more then 8 saved profile in same BIOS.
