No problem, v.9.5.0.1428 is latest ME firmware (Mobile) for Intel 8 series.

Seems that some versions are only for Haswell mobile (Pacman know this so well).

I have only flashed 9.0.10.1372 on this board, and it seems to work just fine, the F5 BIOS has already 9.0.3.1347.
