How/when should Intel MEI firmware be updated?
I've updated drivers but never tried to update firmware.

Flash in Windows with FWUpdate (flash) and check after restart with MEInfo (info).

Which latest Intel MEI FW do you recommend for Intel 7-series (Z77X-UD5H)?
According to MEinfo, I currently have MEI FW v8.1.30.1350 (BIOS F16c mod).
