The BIOS f6a included an MCU update that completely broke RGB Fusion controller on the board and messes up RGB ram in slot DIMM_B2. Gigabyte later removed the MCU update, then a few days ago removed the f6a bios update as well. From all the reports of problems and complaints I found about this BIOS revision whilst trying to fix my own problems I assume this is why they've rolled back to bios f5. I'm glad to hear you haven't had many problems with the z490 aorus master but that's not the case for many other users including myself.
Regarding the high VCORE, there were times testing different bios configs trying to get adaptive voltage to work that the board reported nearly 1.6V to VCORE. I dunno if Gigabyte is trying to fry our chips or what? Luckily I have a custom water cooled loop and there was no damage done, so it seems, who knows it could have removed years off the life of my CPU, hopefully not the case. At the time after all the problems I HIGHLY regret switching from ASUS to Gigabyte. I wish I could recoup the cost and get an ASUS Hero XII like I should have in the first place coming from ASUS Maximus CODE XI. And to think the biggest reason I switched was the inclusion of an actual finned heatsink on the VRM cooling, haha like it really matters. But waiting for parts for my water cooled build put me past the 15 day return period to discover these problems as well as it sitting at the core of all this water cooling parts now, it would just be a PIA to take out of the case now. SMH I just feel so upset about all this the GOOD part is that after everything I've ironed out almost all the problems finally. My biggest concern now is I don't want to use RGB Fusion 2.0 software at all but their dumb controller doesn't seem to save anything to memory instead defaulting to that ugly gigabyte orange color on every boot which clashes with my white and purple colors of everything else in my case. If I could get it to default to white or purple that'd be great...I'd disable it completely but the 4pin RGB also drives a UV light which I'd like to keep. I'll probabaly end up disabling it and getting a SATA or molex adapter to run the UV light whenever power is on. Another option would be to take off the IO cover and just disconnect the plug to the board for the offending lights on the MB.
Okay sorry for the rant guys. Gigabyte has just been really disappointing...unfortunately after this experience there is no way I'll be coming back to Gigabyte or recommending them to anyone...EVER.

1.6 VCORE is not possible.
Were you looking at VID?
The highest Vcore possible with STOCK (Standard) Loadline calibration and "Worst case" AC/DC Loadline values (1.1 mOhm) is 1.52v. + 30mv for AVX.
And this should only been see at 5.2 ghz+.
However if you tried using "Turbo" loadline calibration in combination with the above settings, you could see 1.65v...
This is not anything to do with Gigabyte. Asus would perform the same way (except they lock AC/DC to 0.01 mOhms for you by default so users don't accidentally run into that). 1.1 mOhms AC Loadline is still within Intel specifications, but should only be used on the lowest quality CPU overclocking samples.

the F11jGK bios, in addition to the (basic) management of the board LEDs, it has fast microcodes and does not present the black screen problem when entering the bios with the delete key, such as the bios F11j normal
