I got GA-EX58-UD5 - F13i Bios from gigabyte support some days ago, this bios fixes a high DPC latency issue (constant 16000us+) , so i guess thats the "Audio bug" since i was getting huge crackling sound because of the dpc latency, btw in my case the issue was related to the temperature led in the motherboard when the led was enabled the latency started to go crazy.
(sorry for my bad english :P)
f13i ex58 ud5 still has the same f12 (key)boot menu bug as f13g,just goes to blank screen with blinking cursor in the top left corner, cant access boot menu to boot from other hdd/cdrom/usb ect

GA-X58A-UD7 last two bios updates dont seem to have an EPA module. Making it harder to SLIC the bios with awardtools.
Gigabyte does not support this of course, and has made efforts in the past to stop it, so this may be a new effort?
We can't talk about it here though, but just thought I would give you my thoughts on your comments and let you know that you shouldn't discuss such things here.

When I talk to them this week I will be sure to pass this along, I think I did before but never asked about it again.
I'll let them know. You did test with a PS/2 keyboard too just to be sure it isn't a USB Keyboard issue right? Just checkin
it could be usb keyboard i havnt tested with ps2 yet, using razer lycosa which works in bios when usb is enabled or disabled, also acebmxer had the same issues as me with f12 key and f13h bios so id guess its bios, ill test with a ps2 when i get chance and flash back to f13i to test, just to add no issues with f12/boot menu in any other bios just f13h/f13i

they fixed the critical issues and you have a bunch of suggestions for them in there which may never happen like smaller steps in volts (hardware level change), extra timings....maybe wont happen as there arent any crucial ones left out, multi being set to max multi for that CPU...not an issue
i have forwarded those other suggestions but yes i got no answer yet
so waht about the random RAM /NB multi changes? arent they critical? as i understand these problems also occure on the newest high end boards so its not only on this "older" board. i would call that critical... if the users are unhappy they are likely not to buy from GB again...
Thanks for the new bios. Anyway is there any other improvement other than the audio bug? I'm currently using the F5 instead of f6k because of overclocking issues. Level 2 LLC on those bios are totally different. Will try the f6m though. Again thanks
