Does anyone know of or know how to add vt-d to the GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 motherboard. I've been researching around the internet and it seems that the z68 supports this feature and there are a few z68 boards with it enabled, either natively or through a bios mod. I would absolutely love not to have to buy a new motherboard to get this feature.

The only way you can get vt-d support added in the bios is email gigabyte tech support asking them if you could try a bios that offers this as you need it for what ever reason.
If and when gigabyte emails you back with a bios please post it here with a link to it for others to try.

Gigabyte has not release one. The ones that have been posted are from users who requested it. If you need VT-d support for your board I suggest you please contact gigabyte support and ask. If they supply you a bios please post a link to it here for others to try/use.

I dont know what version it made from. I just asked for a bios for ex58a-ud5 rev 1.0 with vt-d support and thats what they gave me. I am guessing it is the next update from 13U

So always check the CPU support list for said board if you ever do need to pick up a cheaper "old" 775 CPU to be sure it is supported by the board as well as with the BIOS you have or think you may have.
