Well either way you should not see any jump in temps just because of some new ram. Maybe a degree or two from switching from 2x1 to 2x2 but it should not be noticable

Those are memory timings for your memory, not your 940 silly? J/K

Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto or fast]
      CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [16]
      Fine Clock Ratio ____________[0.0]
      CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
      CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [200]
      PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
      C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [4.00C] << you wont be able to run 1000Mhz until you overclock the FSB to at least 250

DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

      Performance Enhance = [Standard]

      CAS Latency Time________________5
      Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 5
      Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______5
      Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 12

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3-4
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 3-5
      Write to Precharge Delay_________ 4-6
Refresh to ACT Delay______________ (46-50) 52-62
      Read to Precharge Delay__________ 3-5
      Static tRead Value_______________6/7-10
      Static tRead Phase Adjust________ [Auto]

      System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
      DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.20V - +0.3] = 2.0-2.1v
      PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.1V]
      FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.1V]
      (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.15V - +0.3]

Legacy USB Storage detect causes many random issues is why I always suggest it be disabled unless you are using it
