Re: Installing Windows on SSD problem
I didn't do anything different but change the boot options to a different disk type. Windows reported MBR type finally, I shut down, reset for SATA and it finally installed.
Problem now is 1 out of 3 boots the SSD is not recognized and I have to clear CMOS, go back into BIOS and reset to ACHI. It's getting pretty old, pretty fast. I've doublechecked all connections.
At a loss why it keeps losing the SSD. My WD HDD and DVD burner are having no problems.
