Well i finished overclocking the card to the point where it runs smooth and no artifacts and got this.......(maybe some more overclocking on the processor???)

It says there u have 768MB of RAM? How many sticks do u have? That mobo runs best in dual channel (one or two pair of sticks). Hope this helps :)

I've got a 256 stick of pc4000 and a 512 stick of pc4000 not running in dual channel. Im currently saving up to get another stick of 512 to add to this so i can run dual channel. Anyways ive done about all I can. It wont overclock anymore so I put it in turbo and I got about a 400 score improvement. Anyhow heres the very last one because until i get new memory im through lol....

someone give me some help here and suggestions on how and i will....processor isnt gonna go any higher. Nor will I push it until i get water cooling. I use rage3dtweak already and run at 495/400.5 clock speeds its already overclocked to 3.52-3.6 w/ turbo enabled. My next upgrade before water cooling will be another stick of 512 hyper x pc4000 which is working really nice so far and i believe that will push me just far enough over. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Turn all settings to performance, close all background programs, and the only thing that is definitely going to help is your ram running in dual channel, so i guess i have to wait until you will beat soul burner. :(

My 1st run with all services runnin' on my 2.4C @ 3.24GHz with stock R9600P.

Hmm I got 12k with my 2.4b and Ti4400, no benchmarking tricks and stock clocks...then again its an 8 pipeline card and is probably a lot faster, but that's a huge difference in CPU speed...
