That's right folks. Thanks to our man, Abbas, I'm able to check out the cheapest and slowest of the new A64 chips. I can tell you that it's an Intel killer. Look at this screenshot, look at the speed. It's a first page score and we're just warming up.

At the moment, yes, but remember its being compared to Intels current technology, which is not what the Athlon 64 will be competing against. The Prescott will be its real competition, and we will see how it does when it arrives. It will definetely be faster than the P4C 800 chips.
