The implementation of the word "rules" and it's many meanings negates your likeness to dictators and tyrants. It is obvious that she meant the word in question as an emphatic exclamatory in her original opinion that red-headed-ness is a good thing. Government or lack of democratic government has little if any relevance to the opinionated first comment. The very small chance that the statement at hand can or would become involved with state soveriegnty should have been your first clue that....
