how do you guys fit so many icons into one row? and alias what skinning app is that (stardock, style XP etc)

it isnt exactly a skinning program to be specific, but it is a replacement shell.
you can skin it and add in things like cpu/ram/swap utilization and other gizmos to the skin.
dont remember where exactly i downloaded it from but a good place to start is http://www.litestep.net/.
