Damn I have 3 PCs working on RAF protiens and all of them are taking over 24 hours to finish. One PC is ia P2/350 running on 90 hours with 133 hits, another is a P3/733 running 27 hours with 135 hits. The I have a 1ghz box running 90+ hours with 100 hits which is over 90 hours because it lost its IP address after a reboot and could not communicate with the UD server..
Good for you DigitalDD:thumb:
Sounds like it wasn't easy, but you got it on the run now.
What's your member name at UD?
On another note:
The Wizard is 8 points behind me in the team totals:D
I'll be looking at tailights tomorrow this time.
He signed on with us on September 30th -- he's done a nice bit of work having started kinda' late.
Glad to have him on our side
I'd give him another couple of weeks, and he'll be taking aim on my overall UD stats:?:
The reason a diamond shines so brightly is because it has many facets which reflect light.
Take Note; the TweakTown UD team is about to unleash their Uber-weapon. Cancer is reportedly sobbing uncontrollably in the dressing room at last report.

Hey!
At this time I would like to formally invite you to join our UD team DigitalDD:wave:
We'd really like to have you with us -- I thought you were on the team actually, or I would have asked sooner (sorry).
We are proud to boast that we have the #1 cruncher for the entire continent of Australia amongst us. And a lovely crew of machine limited -- yet wholly dedicated, group of individuals to round things out.
If your interested, just click on the 3rd link in my sig. Then click the "join this team" button.
No forms to fill out - no one will come to your house - you will recieve no unsolicited mail - no payment neccesary!
Whether your inclined to join our ranks or not, We're happy that you are running UD:thumb:

In regard to my earlier comments about UD being optimised for SSE2.....
I installed UD on a 700MHz Celeron at college, and allowing for the cache and IPC differences I would think the Pentium 4 would be probably twice as fast. The Celeron took 40 hours to crunch one of those RAS proteins whereas my Pentium 4 has never taken over 5 hours
