Those stupid 'ergonomic' chairs? Keep em away from me. It's a nice theory and all, but they don't work to well for some of us larger people. I've broken two of them already.. :)

Those ergo chairs are soooo cool. I wanted one for a long time and couldn't find one. So I settled on a regular office type chair. Couldn't afford to drop the a wad a dough on a leather executive, but I am happy with my cloth cover. Happy chair hunting Tweak.

As much as I hate to say it, start brewing Light Beer Wiggo. Your normal brew (6.2%) has a lot of calories, because alcohol is extremely energy rich. Try a 2.8% or 2.9% brew and see how you go ;)

                      Yes Wiggo - I'm not joking :p

Alcohol is loaded with calories, so if you want to stop putting on weight cut down on the alcohol!!! :)

BTW if you can't brew any more the Cascade Premium Lights are very nice ;)

Your choice mate - just saying beer = alcohol = calories = fat = weight gain :(
