g4 mx 440 tweaking

im thinking of pushing up the core clock (270mhz) and the memory clock (400mhz) how far should i go

my system specs

athlon 1700 xp
msi kt3 ulrta
256 ddr pc2100
windows 2000 sp1
leadtek a170 geforece 4 mx 440 64mb

My Leadtek GF4 MX440 in PC No.2 (see sig) is running at 310/520 without a problem but most will usually do 300/500. ;)

What type of g4MX is it?
I might suggest you replace the existing passive cooling system with an active one. E.g Thermal Take Crystal Orb. it is fairly cheap and does the job. Bare in mind that the minute heatsink is there only because the MX cards do not heat up as such.
The Orb just gives a bit more head room when overclocking.
