Funny, I've seen it for a hell of a lot less on Newegg...
A 9800 Pro is a great card, and though being two generations behind (well, 1.1 generations behind, we'll call it), it's not bad for it's price range. However, it's price range is not $150-$200. It goes for $120-$150, depending on the brand. It's a lot less if you get it refurbished, and even less if you get it used.
For the $150-$200 range, a 6600GT is perfect. A 6800 is actually better for that range if we're talking about AGP (which we are since a 9800 Pro comes into question), but it won't be as low as $159 (assuming you don't get it refurbished or used).
