My 9800 pro is running at 53 c with no load and about 65c with full load suerly its too hot is it ? all my other temps are fine hdd 32c cpu 31c and 46c full load case temp is around 25c and the cards not overclocked. Please let me know or am i just paranoid???

Those temps seem fine to me,but if your worried there are some things you could do...
If your game, take the heatsink off and replace the cheap while silicon paste with Artic Silver, etc.. You could check to see if the heatsink makes good contact with the core/ram, as some brands coolers don't. PCI slot cooler should work as well, and you could always just place a fan inside the case so it blows onto the video card.
