Ok I'll post a screen shot when I get home from work today. however I have tried less voltage, my bios settings listed in the first post is the settings where my computer is stable going below that will give me a stop error saying that I should increase my Vcore .

So auto sets cpu voltage to 1.36v? What qpi/vtt voltage are you using?

What does setting cpu voltage to normal give you? Try without llc enabled, leave it on auto and normal dvid +0.0000v

It says 1.31v in OCCT. However had to remove my OC settings.

Just a Note my CPU is a C0 stepping

Re: Cannot reach the 4GHz barrier on my core i7 920 bloomfield

Disable Load Line, set cpu vcore to 1.350 and qpi/vtt to 1.350. Its best to disable turbo boost as this can cause problems when overclocking. Set CPU multipler to 21 and BLCk to what ever gives you 4.0 GHZ. Anything over 4.03 and you will have to raise the vcore even higher. If you want to hit 4.2 GZ, 1.45 volts is about the norm. Next check your memory, you may have to decease the multipler to keep it at 1600 mhz and keep the memory voltage at 1.65.
