Found it. It was sth like LDT bus , not the HTT. So now my system runs @ 2.4 Ghz :) but i had to decrease ram cas latency to 3 & frequency to 266 :( Oh well no problems so far... ;)

Try increasing the RAM voltage and decreasing (you increased it, not decreased it) the CAS latency to 2.5 or 2. Also, if you used settings similar to what I said earlier and are using PC3200 RAM, there should be no need to change the CAS latency.

In any case, Google and download a program called Prime95. It has a burn-in program which is extremely good for testing the stability of overclocks.
