My XP2100+ is oc'd to 1824 (140fsb) and my temps are around 55c with a full load. I am using an old Thermalright SK6 with Delta 38 fan. It's loud, but the sound of the wet/dry filter on my reef tank drowns it out pretty well. I used to get lower readings with my KT400 Ultra motherboard, like 42c under full load, 38c at idle. Same exact setup other than the mobo. Not sure why this is, but my system runs solid as a rock, so I am not worried. I guess the location of the thermal probe on some mobos can shift the temp reading as much as 10c (used to on my Asus A7A266). I'd say, if your machine runs solid and there is no smoke coming off the CPU (Ha! ;)) then you are good to go. :)
