9800 Pro cooling system question

what do you guys reccomend for checking max temps? I've been using the nVidia temperature monitor in the display properties but i figure it has time to cool down a bit if i exit a game and go to it. Is there anything that works during a game or maybe is like a heat benchmark?

my 9800XT runs at 70C during games....ATI says this is still cool enough to overclock through the overdrive software

Only problem with the Overdrive feature is that the Overclock only remains effictive until the temperature threashhold is too high, then it goes back down to stock speeds.

im no ATI professional so im not too sure, in my opinion its on the high side but not so high that its something to worry about
