Everything that I have read makes me forget all about XP, buggy, power grabby just like Bill Gates and its slower with games than Windows 98 SE in tests that were done.

IMHO it will follow right along with "Me" as another windows reject.

We're talkin' about a case setup here so how does WinXP fit in?

I know what a struggle it is to get a system together on a tight budget. Makes the end experience so much sweeter though.
Took me 8 months to get my current system going 1 piece at a time.

Looks like you are going to have a dandy Christmas huh!

              Way to go Fireblazer,

I want to get around the the cold cathode, too, but it will be a while. Enjoy the fruits of your frugality!

              Cheers

Nothing like the satisfaction and pride of doing it youreslf -- not to mention it's good for the budget as well.

I agree. I rounded the cables on my old box for practice. Haven't gotten around to the new box yet.
